VITOVSKA 2007 Dry white wine. 12.5% alcohol content. A deep golden yellow color. Complex aroma grounded in ripe fruit with an exotic whiff and faint traces of the scent of wood. Characteristically gentle and elegant freshness of taste, highly typical of this wine. Aftertaste is warm and mineral, imparted by the body. Food: Very characteristic aperitif wine for serving with appetizers, also goes well with light seafood dishes and white meat. Ideal accompaniment to young, high-fat cheeses.
