Dry white wine. 12,5% alcohol content.
A deep golden yellow color. Intense and clean aroma. The bouquet develops from very ripe fruit to dried flowers and apples with a touch of fragrance of toasted bread.
It is fresh and mineral and at the same time warm and full in the mouth.
Food: Suitable for all seafood dishes, including those with sauces, white meat with seasonings, duckling, medium sharp cheeses.
Serving temperature: 12 to 14 °C. |
