MALVASIA 2005 Dry white wine. 12.5% alcohol content. A deep golden yellow color, like the sun. The intense aroma is elegant and complex, reminiscent of exotic fruits with a touch of pear and quince fragrance. A gentle scent of wood is also present. The freshness and minerality of the wine are complemented by its full and warm body. All the sun's rays of the year are gathered together here. Food: An excellent accompaniment to flavorful seafood dishes, stewed white meat, tender lamb or kid meat, medium sharp cheeses. Serving temperature: 12 to 14 °C.
