CABERNET
SAUVIGNON 2003
Dry red wine. 12,5% alcohol content.
Ruby color with faint shades of pomegranate. The aroma is complex
and captivating, reminiscent of cherry spirits, ripe plums and blackcurrants,
spices with balsamic scent and a light coffee note. The soft and full texture
mixes with the gentle freshness and tannins. The aftertaste contains a
pleasant mineral note. The nonstandard Cabernet Sauvignon reflects all
the ruggedness and richness of the Karst landscape in a glass.
Food: game, beef, breast of duck, stewed meat, mature and flavorful cheeses. Serving
temperature: from 18 to 19 °C. |
