The soft and full texture mixes with the gentle freshness and tannins. The aftertaste contains a pleasant mineral note. The nonstandard Cabernet Sauvignon reflects all the ruggedness and richness of the Karst landscape in a glass. Food: game, beef, breast of duck, stewed meat, mature and flavorful cheeses.
